Sensitivity Analysis:  Effects of Processing Time

Another dramatic effect on recruiter performance is observed when we vary the average processing time at the enlistment station.  The figure below describes recruiter performance when processing time has been reduced from an average of 10 days to an average of 5 days.  The effect is remarkable.  While the average number of applicants remains fairly stable, the total number of contracts climbs to 25 -- almost a 100% increase.
